Mac Smart was founded in 2013 by Steve Ryan. Apple is our specialty, backed by long experience with Windows, which is why offices running Macs alongside PCs are our home ground.
It should just work
That is the idea behind Mac Smart. When you buy a computer and when it is set up, it should do its job, and you should not have to fight it to get on with yours. It is why we specialise in Apple, and it is the standard we hold everything else to.
Today we support small businesses and home users across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, along with clients interstate and overseas. Our clients include builders and trades, dental practices, architects, accounting firms, NDIS providers, mining companies and government organisations.
We work remotely wherever we can because it is faster for you. When the job needs hands on hardware, we come to you.

Privacy and data handling
Client credentials and documentation are handled under our written Privacy and Data Handling Policy: hardware-encrypted vaults, multi-factor authentication on every administrative portal, and credentials removed within 30 days when a service ends.
